Management Consulting

Most often we provide 'classical' management consulting services: we offer proof (analysis & research), process, ideas and creativity to solve well-defined, discrete 'problems'. The European Partner Group manages the entire effort, typically with client staff as part of the team.

Project Management Support

We also provide project management support: for complex client work, where an effort may already be underway, and additional resources or critical expertise are required.

We can provide support ranging from 'analytical subcontracting' to assuming the overall project management role, including documenting research efforts, acting as critical sparring partners during executive meetings, and summarising clear action plans.

We can provide plausibility and feasibility checks and assist with implementation planning and support.

Support for Financial Transactions

We offer pre-deal services, such as systematic searches around investment themes, development of long-lists for acquisition or partnering, screening and short-listing, and support for initial approaches. We also conduct feasibility analysis and identification of potential synergies.

For bid support, we provide due diligence of the market, industry and target company, financial modelling, management of the bid team and process, and negotation support.

For post-deal work we can assist with post-merger integration, developing growth strategies and efficiency enhancement or cost reduction programs. We also develop and support exit strategies.

Organisation design, executive development, coaching

and moderation

We provide coaching & moderation services, such as one-on-one strategy coaching, improving team performance, workshop preparation and facilitation, and workshop moderation and documentation. We have extensive experience in working with CEOs to design organisational structures that deliver results. We also perform Strategic Management Audits to assess senior management skills and their alignment to corporate objectives.

Interim Management

In selected cases we can also provide interim management solutions for senior line and staff functions, using our own resources or our access to high-calibre industry executives.
